Reuse of brick masonry as recertified facing bricks in three new-emerging residential buildings. The feasibility and the set-up of the value chain from deconstruction to certification was calculated and organized by Concular.

Berlin
The CRCLR House of TRNSFRM e.G. is created entirely from deconstructed materials. Concular assists in the procurement of materials and components.
Germering
Components from the Edeka shopping center in Germering were digitized and mediated with the help of Concular to reduce waste.
Konstanz
The aluminum facade of the Telekom Tower in Konstanz saves about 25t CO2-eq when 450sqm are brokered. In total, just under 3,000sqm are for sale, economically and thermogravimetrically tested for durability.
München
Together with Lindner and MucBook, Concular brokered 3 Lindner Cubes and conducted a Reuse Assessment in this office building in Munich. All materials and components of the Ehret+Klein building are deposited as material passports and are brokered as new construction projects.
